Seller advocates ... This is Ron's primary specialty. We help you determine fair market value for your property, advise on preparation of the home for sale and help coordinate any necessary repairs or improvements. We negotiate on your behalf and help resolve any buyer inspection issues. We meet the appraiser and provide them comparable listings to help establish the contract purchase price as meeting market value.
Familiar with New construction ... Builders use contracts prepared by their attorneys that generally are more favorable to the builder than the buyer. Over the years builders have come and gone - some have better reputations and better products than others. We have some terrific builders in the Pikes Peak Region and if a brand new home is what you're looking for, we can help you select the right builder for your tastes, location and budget and we can get you through several inspection periods during a new construction project.
Experienced with residential investment properties... we've personally owned rental properties for over 35 years. Our hands-on knowledge helps our clients make educated, informed decisions when investing in residential real estate. If you are considering single family homes, duplexes, fourplexes or small apartment buildings as a residential investment, we can help you determine cash flow ratios, maintenance issues and occupancy rates. We've accomplished many 1031 like-kind exchange transactions.
