Our company is affiliated with Rusinak Property Management. They are a separate company and their purpose is to manage rental properties for owners of those properties. They currently manage about 160 properties and we believe they are one of the best residential property management companies in the Pikes Peak Region. They have high standards of property maintenance, which attracts owners of very nice properties who want to keep them that way.

Rental assistance
While this is not our primary specialty, we are able to provide some helpful information to those who prefer to rent.
At no charge we can provide a list of rental properties offered for lease in the Pikes Peak Multiple listing system. To do that, we need much of the same information we require from Buyers - what are your needs? How many bedrooms & baths, garage size are the basics - neighborhoods, school districts and drive times to your work location are also important considerations. Once we have that information we can prepare a list of properties offered for lease for your use.
Rusinak Property Management also has about 180 properties under their management. If any of these are available and match your criteria, our company can show them to you.
