Now investors can get loans for up to 10 properties!!

Fannie Mae is changing their policies pertaining to multiple mortgages to allow a borrower to own up to five to ten  financed properties.  The borrower still must meet certain underwriting guidelines, but this is a terrific opportunity for investors to capitalize on some fantastic opportunities in the current housing market.

The previous policy limited the borrower to having no more than four 1-4 unit dwellings financed at once. 

There are many well priced resale properties on the market right now .... interest rates are at a historic low ... in some cases great value can be found in one of the many bank owned or pre-foreclosure properties.
