So what-it's just a blizzard!
We respect the weather reports here in Colorado Springs. Part of the excitement of living where we do involves dealing with some semi-unexpected snow and ice storms. We learned several years ago that it isn't worth risking our client's lives or ours to work a real estate transaction.
In this age of technology, that doesn't slow us down too much - when the weather makes it too bad to get out, we can work from our virtual office at home, or in some cases, from other locations. Most of our clients are internet savvy and a bunch carry Blackberrys. We're still in contact and can write contracts and contract modifications from our home or car - our contract software is web based and our clients can access the same documents we can.
So - if you need to contact us, give me a minute to shut down the snowblower and thaw my hands out enough to answer the Blackberry!
