Anything in this site is probably so cool you won't have any questions. But if you do, here are some answers!
We intend for this site to give you, our potential Buyers and Sellers, a bit of help in getting ready for your next real estate transaction. Sure, we want you to use us, but we'd like for that to be your decision without any pressure from us at all. We looked at a lot of other sites and didn't like what we found ... looked like a bunch of deep sea fisherman chumming the water hoping to snag something ... and you probably have the same thoughts. So here ya go! No sign-in requirements - some fun stuff to go along with the real estate thoughts. Enjoy, and we hope to hear from you if you like it.
Anything we show as our personal listings are actually our personal listings ... no baloney - these are our listings. We will take out any listing that has been sold - we don't need to leave sold listings in just to try to make the phone ring.
The photos of us are recent. We think we look much better in person (our photographer disagrees), but you can be the judge of that.
We have a For Sale by Owner (FSBO) section in our site. We intend to allow those individuals trying to sell their homes on their own (without the assistance of a Realtor) to place their ads on our site at no charge. The ads you see in this section are their ads, not ours; we have no personal knowledge of these properties and other than making sure the ads on our site do not violate Fair Housing practices, we don't know how accurate they are. If you want to buy one of these listings (and we really hope you do!), we can help with that.
We've included links to some other web sites to try to help you get the information you want directly from the source. Sometimes these sites have temporary problems or they might shut down. If you find this to be the case we would appreciate you letting us know so we can get that corrected quickly.
